"I decided to have my vehicle repaired here after a good experience with a previous repair, despite my insurance company strongly suggesting that I have my car brought to a certified body shop. When I finally got my car back over a month later there was a large dent in the supposed new hood. The supposedly new grill emblem had a massive chip in it. Both of which they blamed on a dealer they sent it to after to repair a charging system issue. I also noticed afterwards that a door emblem was missing. Now two years after , the supposedly new hood is rusting severely underneath, my insurance company wont cover it and this place is blaming it on a part issue, they said they would call me back. That was several weeks ago. The rest of the car doesn't have a speck of rust on it!!!! I've since realized that this shop did work on family members cars who had paint flaking off after a few months, which surprise, surprise they blamed on other factors. This place refuses to accept responsibility for their shoddy work, avoid Littleton auto body like the plague!!!!"
