First, impression are lasting impression, Jeffrey was the 1st contact and he did a great job on getting me all setup with new rims and tires. After doing some research, I called and ask him to order me a different tire then the one he suggested. 2nd interaction was with Matthew, arrived at 7:45am on Saturday morning and Matthew was already outside greeting and taking care of customers. He was professional, polite and friendly. He gave excellent customer service, he explained and went over everything before it was going to be done. He had me in out within 45 minutes.
