"Slightly above average with most things. The manager was there that day and was chatting with regulars and there were quite a bit of people, but the interior was still kept clean. My drink took a bit long (I got an iced chai) but the baristas were all super friendly. Great views of the mountains and plenty of parking. Very close to all the downtown stuff, too."

"Encountered the most unfriendly employees, I have ever experienced at a Starbucks location. Th website indicates the store opens at 5:30 AM. We placed our order online. Arriving at 5:40, the door was locked and the sign in the window said store opened at 6. Fine, website was not updated, although you expect better coordination from Starbucks. At 5:57, I knocked on the drive through window and explained to the employee who opened the window, that my spouse really needs to use the restroom, could he open the door. The employee coldly said “ we will open the door in a few minutes at 6”. Really? When we entered the store a customer explained to another employee that the website says they open at 5:30. The employee said we have no control over the website. No I’m sorry!"
