"Marsha was wonderful and stayed in contact with us days before our check in and during our stay. The home is beautiful and quaint. She made a wonderful breakfast every morning. The only downfall was the traffic, the home is located on a busy road during the morning/day but was easy to overlook. The price was also attractive. Thank you Marsha!"

"I'm leaving this review with some hesitancy, but think it's worth doing anyway. I was recently hiking the Long Trail and was desperate for a room to get warm and dry for a night. Called the Nye folks several times, but never got an answer, so left a voice message. Then sent two e-mails, but again received no reply. I can't overstate how frustrating this was given that cell signal on the Trail was very spotty and I was wet and cold. Perhaps they had some family emergency; if so, then I will happily withdraw my criticism. If not, this is really an inexcusable way to run a business."
