"I got a ride from Star Cab from Middlebury to Montreal for a flight and a ride back a few days later when I returned. The service was impeccable, prompt, polite and great, clean vehicles. I would recommend Star Cab to anyone. I really appreciated their service."

"Not reliable; do not use. I needed to get to a 10AM a flight out of BTV on a Monday. On Saturday, I submitted a ride request on the Star Cab website and getting no response, I called their number. The person I spoke to said they could pick me up. I texted them the address and date/time. No response or confirmation. I texted and called again Sunday—no response. I texted and called on Monday and still no response. Wound up taking an Uber at the last minute and almost missing my flight. Do not use this cab service."

"We had a flight cancelation and ended up flying into Montreal Canada very last minute. We contacted Youness to pick us up and take us to Burlington Vermont airport where we rented a car to get home. He responded to our last minute inquiry, was very professional and we had a great time chatting with him during the drive. The border crossing was also very straight forward, and his price was fair. Highly recommend his services."

"0 stars. Was confirmed for a 4:30 AM pickup to take me to the airport (which was hard enough to find in the Burlington area to begin with). Star Cab confirmed via text a day in advance. Then they no-showed! When they were 10 minutes late I called and it went straight to voicemail. I texted and never received a response. I had to drive myself to the airport and leave my car for the week- an unexpected expense that could've been avoided. Do not recommend. Not reliable."
