"Please don’t waste your money on a business that clearly is aiming to rip people off, and whose marketing is clearly not logical by any means. This place is unkept, dirty, and clearly the owners are too lazy to fix the peeling walls, duct taped equipment, unclean foam, and oh, the lovely ratchet strap made into a walking line with large metals pieces coming out. How safe and worth the money. Staff are not attentive to the park, and it was great to see young children fighting each other without intervention. Idk what happened, but this place is a health and safety hazard. You don’t pay for what you get. If you were to, it should be a 25 cent entry. Otherwise you are just paying money they pocket and which they do not return back into the maintenance and care of the whole building. It’s also worth noting for anyone considering this place - an owner who only responds to positive feedback and disregards and deflects from a pattern of related constructive feedback, is not a business to trust, nor whom has integrity / assumes responsibility."

"Terrible. Used to be a great place to go but its run down and smells like old sweat. The trampoline springs are barely springs anymore and the overall look and feel of the place is gross. Do not recommend going at all, dont waste your $20 for one hour of nothing."

"This place has gone downhill with its cleanliness and overall maintenance. The staff sits in the back room the entire time. No one is monitoring the junior vs big kid areas. Or monitoring kids to make sure it’s not pure chaos in there. The foam pit squares are destroyed and all over the place. It doesn’t look like anyone is vacuuming or doing any sort of cleaning. The Velcro pieces holding the mats together so you don’t fall into the gap and break an ankle haven’t been adjusted in who knows how long. Overall I’m sad to see the state of this place since my kids enjoy going there. For what I’m paying for my kids to jump for 2 hours they could at least try to clean the place."

"My kids have a blast but this place is a free for all and dirty. Rules are not enforced and there are no workers in the jumping area. We were there for two hours and did not see a single worker other than at the front desk. Big kids were running around at full speed knocking into little kids the entire time we were there. There was trash and random socks around and it smelled like a locker room. Thank goodness we brought water bottles because the water vending machine was empty."

"Great place for kids and families to have fun and get a work out at the same time. I am 64 yo and brought my 2 grandsons, 7 and 9. They had a blast and I treated myself to a 20 minute massage chair! What great thinking to put them around inside! I felt it was good value, clean, staff was nice and best of all I simply loved seeing young families even with toddlers having fun physical exercise on a bitter cold, windy winter day! Wish we had one of these in my town of Queensbury NY!"
