"good prices. My car needed a jump start and the manager in Plattsburgh would not let me use a phone to call for help. And, he wouldn't help me jump start my car. I won't be going back, I'd rather pay a little more and go someplace friendly and helpful. And, they treat their employees very shabbily. It is a very bad company."
"I have been disappointed many times with shelves empty, and product on carts in the isles, and not enough staff to empty the bins, never mind even ring up Customers! Very hit or mis with certain items! I like the cereal isle, with good buys! The soda and water isles are often empty or out of stock! I buy most of my water there, but I prefer to buy in either 6 or 12 packs as I am disabled and unable to Load the bigger sizes!"
