"Not sure how to rate Hoagie Hut. Food is large portioned but not really tasty. Fries were odd tasting. Not sure if it was old oil or freezer burnt. Not horrible either. Service was a little gruff but not horrible. Environment is definitely dated, kinda question cleanliness. This is the kind of place that has return customers that started going here 45 years ago. I can’t recommend dining here but I can’t say it was that disgusting. I ate my meal. I would just never say, wow lets go to hoagie hut for dinner."

"Great place for wonderful diner (not breakfast) food. They make their own hamburgers from fresh meat not frozen. Found that out last time I was there, when I got the hot hamburg platter. Service is wonderful. The dining room is dated but that is the charm of the restaurant. Even though it is dated it is sparkling clean and well maintained. It is one of my favorite lunch places."
