"We did not plan on a hotel stay but had a last minute issue with rental property which forced us to shift plans for New Years eve. The hotel front desk was so helpful, working with us on alternative accommodations and allowing us to check in early. We were relieved and thankful our change in plans went so smoothly. Many thanks to the hotel front desk clerk who went the extra steps to help and get us squared away so quickly."

"My wife and I usually come into a hotel late at night on 2 wheels, so it's important to us that night staff has the ability to accommodate when things are below expectations. The first 2 rooms each had an issue that would've negatively impacted our 4 nights, and Briana at the front desk handled it without complaint with a smile and great attitude. There are a lot of reasons I stay with the Hilton brand, but the customer service I receive at hotels in their portfolio is top notch. This hotel is no exception. Perfectly positioned, new and accommodating, I would suggest this hotel to anyone looking for a spot to hit the slopes, explore or hang out with family in the area"

"The staff was great. Hotel rooms have thin walls, you can hear people just casually walking down the hall, up and down stairs, room next door showering or flushing the toilet. The gym was wonderful, great new equipment and clean."

"Hampton inn is very conveniently located from some of the major attractions in NH like Loon Mountains resort and flume gorge. If you are visiting Mount Washington, then you can take the kancamagus highway as well and cover up some of the scenic areas as well as the Jackson walk bridge. Rooms are clean and breakfast is an additional benefit. You can walk to the majority of food spots. Definitely, worth considering if it's in the budget"

"Was there this past Sat and Sunday. Room was clean and spacious. Keneisha at the front desk was warm friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great would have liked to see some yogurt and fruit but what they had was wonderful. My only complaint was there were too many kids splashing and jumping in the pool. Suggest adult only pool times."
