"My wife and I came here with our 3 year old and we were very comfortable on our 4 nights stay. The self checking may seem weird to some but honestly, we had no issue with it. The room is clean. Loved the fact we had a small kitchen with actual cook top so that saved us money on food! The owners are almost always there theough the day and are very friendly! We will definitely stay again without a doubt. They're in a great spot. About a mile away from all the shops."

"No one on site to help you check in. We found the coded entrance system very cumbersome and overly complicated. Room was nice and it's a good location."

"Location is great for tourists looking to go to franconia notch, or visit some of the parks and attractions. Beds were okay- a little stiff which hurt my dad and sisters bodies. Other than that it was a great experience."

"Was a cool little place to yourself that included a whole small kitchen. We were in 12, there were 2 beds, the one not so comfy, but the bed by the window wasn't half bad."
