"The location is great. Right across from Loon Mtn. We stayed in a 2 bedroom deluxe and it was plenty big for a family of 5. The pool and hot tubs are fun. Nice to sit in the outdoor hot-tub after a day of skiing. We were in a building that requiring driving to the pool. We could have walked, but it would have been a cold walk. They have a shuttle to Loon. We ended up driving, because we would have had to do that same long walk with all our ski gear, so it didn’t make sense. We were hoping for a noon checkout on a Sunday - and no dice. 10am checkout. No housekeeping either for a weekend stay, again - 4 out of 5, so pretty good. Not bad for a quick weekend away. We will come back. Lots of activities for kids if you are not skiing during the day."

"Furniture a little dated but rooms otherwise well maintained. Nice indoor pool, Hot tubs, indoor and out, small movie theater with free movies every day. Plenty of activities. Pleasant staff."

"My husband and I drove to Pollard Brook from Ottawa, Canada on December 3 and stayed for a week. Although I had seen pictures of the resort and the activities, out stay far exceeded our expectations. The staff was great and always very helpful. We loved the planned weekly itinerary upon arrival and the welcome one-hour orientation which included suggestions of places to visit. Jack, the activity director was fantastic and extremely knowledgeable about the area. The guided hiking tours were magnificent!! Also enjoyed the theatre with the various movie options and loved the oversize hot tub! Thank you for making out stay a memorable one!!"

"Absolutely love staying here. The new hot tubs(opened last Oct) are great. We usually stay in the Jackman Building. This time, we were in the Streamside lodge. Great view from either building, and rooms are spacious and well equipped. Lots of activities available in the area and the resort also plans activities. Lincoln is a great town with easy access to all the White Mountain region has to offer."
