"If you have little ones and don't know where to take them, this is the trail. It is not uphill but a loop around a beautiful lake. Not too long and easy trail. You can definitely bring strollers. I have been here in Spring and now in Fall, it was perfect the both time of the year. Not very coowded either."

"A nice spot for a walk or hike. I got in 7 miles without out repeating anything but the short access road to the dam. It would be nice if dog owners would keep their dogs on leash and pick up after them. After all it is a public water supply!"

"Well went out January 4. Was a nice day in between rains. My phone died halfway through the hike. This would be a wonderful hike in the fall. There are many opportunities to get to the edge and take pictures across the water. But it was a nice day for what it was!"

"One of the nicest trails around Manchester, hands down! The loop around the lake is about 3.7 miles with some slight variance but it's mostly flat. Swimming/wading is not permitted, but fishing is excellent with a lot of bank-access. If you got your four-legged friends with you, stay respectful of the local rules and regulations, leashed and no swimming, tons of signs around the lake about it. Other than that, lots of wildlife to be spotted along the trail if you're lucky so keep an eye out! :)"
