"Beautiful location, the river was clear and clean. There is a lot of wildlife and plenty of trails, with good access to fishing and some swimming."
"This used to be one of my favorite neighborhood trails, but there are too many people with large, off leash dogs treating this nature trail like a dog park. My dog and I were swarmed by 4 big dogs, with the owners off in the distance talking. They weren't watching or picking up after their dogs. Just because you consider your dogs "friendly" doesn't mean that other dogs or people want to be bombarded by them, especially when trying to enjoy a peaceful hike. Please respect the trail rules and others trying to enjoy this space."
"I go there to walk the trail and listen to the rapid water over the rocks it's peaceful there's a lot of Wildlife about the only thing that lacks is perhaps some extra Benches for people to stop and sit and watch the river. But it's a great place for the family to go to walk dogs of course they have to be on a leash but the pathway is wide it's relatively smooth I'm a senior in my mid-seventies and I walked there quite frequently I take a friend who is 82 and she also enjoys it"
"Nice views and wonderful hike"
"It seems like there are always parking spots here and so much to do! Miles of trails to walk or bike, both up stream or down. The river runs fast and rocky over much of the old bed, but kayaks and canoes still make the run. There are a few sandy beaches, if you know where to look (that's on Google Maps, if you don't)."
