"We made reservations for our anniversary dinner on your website. We went to check in and were told our reservation was for 6 not 630 and were then told we couldn’t be seated until 715. Mind you the restaurant was not full at all. So we went into the bar for a drink and the hostess came over in 10 minutes. This was good! We sat down and looked at the menu and we were disappointed that the menu we looked at on line was not updated and the menu in the Tavern was the same as the menu in the bar! This shouldn’t be a problem but. We ate the last 2 nights in the lounge and we were really looking forward to an amazing meal on our Anniversary! We were so disappointed in this that we got up and walked out! We have been coming to the resort for several years and have eaten here previously when it was not run by Vail! The menu was so much better and the food was so good! Btw I’m the buffet in the morning was not very good!"
"Great music and atmosphere ! Nicest and hard working waiter ever, able to satisfy all our requests ! And even the food was great: such a crispy fish and chips, tasty homemade flatbread and decadent dessert!"
"Great ambience doesn’t cover for sub par service and food quality. We ordered few different items for family dinner - nothing too good or too bad as such. If you don't mind leaving the lodge for a short drive across the road - try Calcutta's - very good food and service."
"During our evening at the bar which was fine until, carpet cleaning began 740pm and completely disrupted our evening. We had to move to the dining room for our entrée after consuming a round of drinks and appetizer. Food was overpriced for what it was and if it were not for the sweet manager trying to help us, our experience would be even worse. Whoever was the the manager on 3/7/23 was very nice and personal. However, I do not know of any other restaurants that charge $140 (for two) and have their cleaning crew operating next to you. Low class and kind of ruined our evening. Wouldn't have cared if it were a dive bar but it was a resort dining area, expected better. Been here at Okemo since 92 and wanted to try something different. Bummer."
"The atmosphere was incredible, our server and manager were excellent. My husband's Grouse was sublime. My strip steak was ok, vegetables fried and greasy, salad was spicy (and I'm not even sure how they did that). Deserts were good. Bottom lime, for $200, not an experience I will repeat. Take note that even though the Okemo website has an Epic Pass banner touting 20% off for pass holders, the restaurant does NOT honor the epic pass."
