"I was excited to bring my dogs here as I’ve always heard great reviews. Appointment went great however when needing a new prescription for preventatives due to misplacing originals we were told no. Clearly they don’t understand we’re human and don’t have your dogs best interest in mind when they’re denying a prescription for preventative care."

"I can’t say enough good things about this animal hospital and the staff here. They are so patient, kind, knowledgeable, and attentive. I call with questions/concerns all the time and if the answer isn’t known, they’ll ask the vet and will get back to me by the end of the business day. The vet personally calls me with lab results, good or bad. The rooms are always clean and quiet and they work so well with my anxious animals. I bring my 5 cats, 2 dogs, and tortoise here and have even brought in a stray cat to get checked. They’re the only ones I trust to perform procedures that require anesthesia (I am a nervous mama). They listen to my worries, and I mean actually LISTEN! It’s never as if they’re in a rush during my appointments. I am from CT and have had horrible experiences with vets, so I’ve experienced both ends of the spectrum. I’ve been going here for 3 years and drive 30 minutes one way to go here. Even if I move further away, I’ll make the trek here for them. They are 200% worth every penny."
