"The owner is always pushy when ordering and rushes us along (even when there’s no line). Often, the rice is undercooked and they are out of vegetables etc. The prices continue to increase and the portion sizes continue to decrease. Unfortunately, Boloco has become less worth going yo. In the area, however, I would recommend Boloco over Moe’s."

"Ordered food for delivery. Was very disappointed by the charred cookies they sent us. These are inedible. They are rock hard and burnt to a crisp. You can see one of the cookies is normal, but then 2 of them are roasted. I let management know about this and they made it right and some. I Will continue to give boloco my business because of their prompt effort to make things right."
