"Their name says it all! Vinyl Pool Pro, (emphasis on Pro) We installed an inground pool using a reputable pool company. They did what we thought was a great job & thought they would always take care of us regarding servicing our pool. 1st two years all was good. Then they're service began to decrease. This went on for several yrs until no longer could we afford to be last on their list. Our pool lost all it's water & weather was turning hot rapidly being told they couldn't get out to us for 2mo, our liner would be lost at that point. Fast forward a few more years -same scenario, pool w/no water, obviously some underlying issue. We were able to find water & to "pull" the liner back into position. We got thru the summer, only to come home one night to a 1' hole where the liner had come away earlier in the season. By shear luck while at a pool store, I asked about liners they said they no longer installed them, but gave me Kens contact info and from there our pool life has changed dramatically! 1st of all Ken is a straight shooter, he told us our pool was installed properly- in fact it was an excellent job. He was very empathetic to our lack of service from the original company and immediately said he would "patch" liner to get it thru the winter. Within wks our pool pump died. My husband was ready to backfill the pool in. Again, Ken guided us to the most efficient and cost effective route to go. At this point, there was no question we would have Ken do our liner replacement, because he was honest and genuine right from the 1st meeting. Once spring came Ken did everything he could (no help from mother nature) to get our liner installed before our daughters, at home wedding. Even though, we really weren't concerned w/replacement prior to wedding. Ken insisted on the replacement to help in making the overall grounds/scenery look it's best. We cannot be more thankful for having it done prior. As the following day it gave us the ability to invite all family back, enjoying the pool & reflect on the wedding & spend precious time together with our daughter before her moving to OK. Within wks my niece was unable to hold her sons Bday party at a local lake due to algae issues, we were able to host it at our pool for loads of fun for the kiddos. Most years with algae issues elsewhere, our pool has been troublesome too. With Kens expert advice, knowledge and guidance this was the 1st year ever, we have had no issues and the pool was (almost) maintenance free! Ken, has also given us insight on how to eliminate chemicals in our future, looking forward to that. Again, we are so pleased and can't thank Ken enough for being so amazing & helpful!
