"Dr. Hiller was very helpful and willing to work with my severe protruding overbite. I didn’t think it was a great choice to have jaw surgery done with how invasive the procedure would be, and preferred to go through with braces and fix as much of the problem as we could. Everyone who I encountered at the offices were lovely and understanding along the journey, even with the frustrations that tend to come with a full set of braces over two years! "Their service is really great. They are so friendly and I have never had any issues with them. They have turned my smile into something beautiful. I never used to smile because I hated it, but now I love it because they changed it so much. Not to mention the first time I went there I was nervous and the staff made me feel welcomed. They were having a birthday party for a staff member and offered me a piece of cake. They are easy to understand and they are very accommodating to your needs. The staff is nice and accepting and listen to you if you need to talk to them about your treatment. "Dr. Hiller is a top notch orthodontist who genuinely cares about his patients and the quality of service he provides. He has the most incredible staff that truly aim to make the overall experience quick, smooth and easy. They were always flexible with scheduling and on time with appointments. I’m 36, I had a less than par experience with braces by my first orthodontist when I was 10 and my teeth had shifted by not wearing my retainer for over a decade. I sought out Dr. Hiller to straighten my teeth and he recommended Invisalign. Invisalign was great, I wore the teeth trays with confidence and zipped through the process. Now I finally have perfect teeth and will be smiling about it for a while! I give Dr. Hiller and his team 5 stars and highly recommend for any orthodontist needs."

"We went to Hiller because he was close an my daughter's case was not something a regular dentist could tackle easily. We were very happy, until my daughter needed a root canal on a tooth that was helping to hold a retainer in place with glue. It was a medically necessary procedure, so we didn't have a choice. He charged us 125.00 to remove the retainer (a 10 min. process at best), then he told us he was going to charge us 325.00 to put it back on. His reasoning for the price was that our daughter would need new impressions and he would most likely need to move her teeth apart before he could put it back in. When we got to the appointment to have it put back in, he did not have to do impressions, or move the teeth. It took 20 mins. to let the glue dry and that was it, and he still charged us the 325.00 for 20min. in the chair. Our other daughter needs braces this year, and I promise we will be finding another more reasonable orthodontist to work with, one who understands the value of their patients money and budget and also wishes to have return customers."
