"My dentist referred me to Dr. Neff because I needed a new root canal that entailed a crown that was in the middle of a bridge. The hope was that the crown and the bridge work could be saved. I can't thank Dr. Neff enough for doing just that. He thoroughly explained what he was going to do and the risks involved. He was patient in answering all my questions. And he saved the crown/bridgework. The members of his staff I was fortunate to speak with and meet (Leslie and Destiny) were professional, knowledgeable and very friendly."

"This guy is a pro. Super nice, introduced himself warmly and got right down to business. I am not a fan of performative bandying about - I’m there for a procedure and both Dr. Neff and his assistant were pleasant and professional but also clearly highly skilled and efficient. I don’t love this stuff, I’d take a hard pass at any dental work were it not absolutely integral to my health and well-being - this was essentially painless and the aftermath has been the same thus far: if I were to give any constructive criticism at all it would be to go through at least the most important parts of aftercare once the procedure was complete but all things being equal I’m quite happy with the care and the overall experience and would HIGHLY recommend this experienced and skilled team to anyone in need of a root canal. Quick edit to this review- they did provide a very detailed sheet of aftercare instructions, it was about a page and had all the necessary info, we just didn’t take time to review together and I’m sure that had I asked they would have been more than happy to answer any questions."

"TL/DR - Dr. Neff should be avoided at all costs. I was referred to Dr. Neff for a root canal retreatment. After receiving my X-rays, Dr. Neff’s secretary (who is also his wife) called to say there was nothing to be done and the tooth needed to be extracted. I asked if he was sure, and she said it was a total and complete lost cause. I was devastated. I decided to get a second opinion from Montshire Endodontics in Lebanon, NH. They took comprehensive X-rays and told me there was a decent chance the tooth could be saved. Yesterday the first part of the procedure was completed without a hitch and I go back in a month to have everything finished. The tooth didn’t need to be extracted, the crown was saved, and the prognosis moving forward is good. I shudder to think of all those Dr. Neff may have harmed during his years as an endodontist. His cold, heartless approach to the health of those he’s tasked to take care of is alarming to say the least. The fact that he has his wife do his bidding is also distasteful. At least have the decency to give the “bad news” yourself. You should be ashamed of yourself, Theodore. To all those who need root canals, there are much better options to consider. Avoid this man and save your teeth."

"What a wonderful experience for serious procedure multiple times. Very professional and friendly practice. Started with a root canal beginning of the year then a second couple months later and finally a third wrapping up today. I was with out going to a dentist for 20 + years and was very uncomfortable and nervous.After starting my plan and getting comfortable with one dentist. I now had to meet and get work done from someone else. Well nervous is an understatement. Got through the first procedure and was very motivated to finish with my plan. Thank you Dr Neff and crew for a great and wonderful experience. I would recommend anyone to this practice. A+++"

"Dr Neff and his staff are amazing. I have terrible anxiety about dentists and dental work and everyone at this office was so nice and caring. They did a great job making me feel safe and comfortable and they're all crazy nice. I will definitely be recommending Dr Neff to friends and family that need root canals.
