"I waited a year, to be a new patient here. Got scheduled mixed up my time for my appointment. When I went to reschedule I was completely denied. The person at the front desk answered in a snarky tone stating she called to confirm my appointment. Hinting at it’s not her fault so I don’t care. I work at night it’s hard for me to even be up during the day. I admit it’s my fault for missing my appointment but to be completely rejected. And denied further appointments is ridiculous especially when I’ve waited a whole year and a half to get the appointment in the first place"

"Receptionist Celine very unprofessional and extremely rude! Not a very warm welcoming place. Bad first impression, I should of trusted my gut and gone somewhere else. No compassion at all. It's all about the money, all business! Main Street Dental, your not family there just another victim for the receptionist to suck your wallet dry while leaving you with bad dental work. Think twice, wish I did!"
