South Main St Service Center took my car on short notice, listened to my issue and together we determined the best course of action and they were able to fix my car! "Had issues with my vehicle unexpectedly on a Sunday and had it towed there hoping to they would look at it because we needed the car to get back and forth from work. They said they would try to fit it in. 10 days later they still had not even looked at it and had to tow it to another facility to get fixed. Maybe they are great if you can plan break downs and make an appt. DO NOT take your vehicle there if you need it and don't have an appt. You will be disappointed. Side note I had brought other vehicles there a few times and service was good. It was not the first time I had a vehicle serviced there. So no matter what kind of customer you are if you can make an appt go with them. If you break down or have an emergency and take it there plan on being out of work for weeks. I personally find it hard to take vehicles to multiple service centers depending if it's emergency or scheduled. Easier to find one dependable service provider who can handle everything."

"I was happy they ordered the tires in advance allow the service to be completed quickly. While getting 4 tires I had a four wheel alignment completed, this was recommended and made sense to me. They cleaned my breaks and eliminating the squeaking sound. I felt the pricing was fair and my vehicle was finished an hour early."
