"This used to be the best car wash. The automatic washes seem to need a bit of work. Currently sitting thru my 2nd wash in a row because my car was still dirty, plus soapy, after the first wash. $18 per wash . There is no way to even report an issue or request a refund at the wash. Second wash finished, reduced to 1 star, as the other automatic wash didn't do any better. My car is still dirty."
"Vacuums are still down. A month ago I swiped my card and the vacuum started up but no suction. Lost ten dollars. No contact info onsite. The automatic wash is okay not great. The vacuum token you get w the $18 wash is worthless."
"This used to be a great car wash, but now it just has issue after issue. The wash stations are always closed, the vacuums never work and when the wash stations are open, they barely work. Going through the wash, it always leaves water spots, when the "dryer" is on, half the time it still spits out water leaving your car wet and the sealant and soap barely comes out. Last time I went through, it grabbed my mirror and yanked it almost off. Just today I stopped by a vacuum to clean my car floors and after inserting the quarters, nothing happened. Annoyed I tried my card, it took the money but it still didn't work. After that I moved to a different vacuum. I was out of quarters so I used my card, and instead of charging me the $1.50 it's supposed to cost, it charged me $10. It's nearly impossible to complain to the staff as they are never present and if you do, they never help you and just don't care. However if you loiter for too long, they will be sure to notice. After the dryer failed to do its job, I parked and attempted to dry my car by hand. One of the employees asked me to leave because I was blocking their business even though I was in a parking space. I'm pretty sure a while back they got new owners. Before this this was one of the best car washes(and only) in the area, however now, it's just not worth it and I would suggest going anywhere else."
"I got a platinum car wash yesterday and it was a great experience. One of the auto washes was not open. No worries since the one that was open was working just fine. The drying towel carts weren't out- probably because it had been raining and then it was very windy. I have always used this car wash and have never had any problems. The self service wash bays are always excellent to use too."
"Best car wash around. Plenty of self service bays that now accept cards as payment! Few times I've been here the lot and bays are clean and trashes are never overflowing. Plenty of water pressure and always soap. High pressure wax actually works!!!"
