"Check Engine light appeared on my Dodge Journey on Thursday, Jan. 18. Dealer could not look at my SUV until Jan 30. Husband suggested I drop into VIP. Very happy I did! The VIP team quickly diagnosed the problem and assured me my vehicle was safe to drive. I was offered an appointment for the next day. When I was unable to do that, I was offered a Saturday appointment if I could come in early and leave the car for the day. A perfect solution for me! Service Manager Corey was efficient and friendly. He also personally makes sure every time my vehicles are done with any service, that they are cleaner than I brought it in, the service is fast and efficient, I was comfortable if I waited , I had a local ride If available, once we even ordered lunch for delivery! The waiting room is cleanly, especially for a “car garage “ lol and the way the staff all seem to get along just adds to the friendly atmosphere… So , for all the years coming to Concord VIP, the service certainly has leveled up a few 100 with Gary … (and that’s being conservative) He is definitely the face and “go to “ guy at VIP !
