"TLDR: The most straight forward and caring car buying experience I've ever had, plus a great deal! I worked with both Rick and the manager, Sarah, and both of them were fully honest and communicative with me the whole time. I was told exactly what I was buying and why it was priced the way it was. I had purchased two used cars before and both looked good on the surface but died within a year. The car I bought had some minor issues at first but they fixed everything for me and now it is running great. Lots of companies talk about "straight forward" and "no nonsense" car buying but Rick Ruberti actually delivers on that. I would go back again and would send friends and family here."

"I would give it 0 stars if I could. The mechanic was nice, but the place itself is horrible, from answering the phones, to customer service especially the manager (Sarah). I changed my rear breaks and oil on my Audi. It was unreasonably expensive ($835) and unfortunately the sensor was inadvertently broken while the mechanic was replacing them, so I had to go back 3 different times for them to try to get the code removed from the dash. The third time, I had my 3 year old son and was in a hurry to pick up my daughter at daycare. I had no desire, neither did I have another 3 hours to wait for them to try to get the code removed and the manager took major issue with me waiting outside! To the point of threatening to DENY SERVICE. Deny to fix an issue that I did not have before. She wanted to reschedule me, which given the fact that it was the 3rd attempt, I was not coming back a 4th time. The way the manager handled the situation was VERY RUDE and unacceptable. She not once apologized for the inconvenience, quite the contrary, she tried to argue with me and treated me like she was doing me a favor. That’s no way to run a business. At the end of the day, I paid $835 for a HORRIBLY UNPLEASANT experience, but the mechanic (who was a nice guy and did treated me well) did fix the issue and removed the code. It was just frustrating to have to deal with the manager watching me like a hawk, as if I was going to destroy private property as I waited outside with my 3 year old. Never again… In response to the reply: 1) I was not in the parking lot, I was on the sidewalk where you threatened to refuse service if I did not go where YOU wanted me to go. 2) To the contrary of your belief, the oil leak was NOT fixed. The oil was changed and per the mechanic, a thicker type of oil was put in which may or may not make things better, but no, the issue wasn’t fixed. 3) given the fact that it had been my 3rd time back for something relatively simple and straight forward, especially after having been told by the mechanic to go back the next day since all that was needed to be done was hook the computer to the car, I felt 40 minutes was appropriate. If you had not gotten involved, it would have been a farther better experience both for myself and the mechanic. You created a bad atmosphere and it was unnecessary."
"I have bought my vehicles from Rick for the past fifteen years after leaving the Marine Corps, and my mother trusted him before that for her automobile purchases. If ever an issue presents itself after purchase, Rick is there to assist and correct the issue. Rick has become a personal friend, someone I like to see even if it is not regarding a purchase. He is personable, honest, and knowledgable. Not only does Rick stand behind his vehicles, he has vehicles that you cannot find elsewhere: his cars are unique, stylish, and reliable. My 2015 Mercedes C300 that I just purchased is one of the sharpest rides on the road. As long as Rick Ruberti Auto Sales is in business, I'll be making my purchases there. If you're looking for a classy, trust worthy car, look no further. There is a reason he has been in business for as long as he has. I only rated the business 5-stars because there is no option to choose 6."
