"I had an emergency with my vehicle (Mitsubishi Outlander) and brought it to the dealership. No appt. Jason in service helped me. I was on my way to pick up my 94 year old Aunt in Connecticut. Suitcase and wheelchair in my vehicle. Unfortunately, the dealership had no loaner vehicles, ( opportunity to improve), so I did have to wait for my son and daughter to bring me my other vehicle. About an hour later, Jason helped me to get the wheelchair out of my Outlander and luggage. He was in touch with me the whole time I was away, keeping me updated on what my vehicle needed. He was very kind. All work was under warranty, which was great! 3 days later I picked up my vehicle and it had been washed and vacuumed inside. Thanks to everyone. I think Mitsubushi is the only dealership that still does that. Thanks for caring about your customers and their vehicles."
