"This review is long overdue. My car broke down at this service center a couple of months ago and had to be towed to the nearest dealership. No work was done on my car at Ludlow Service Center, so I can't comment on the quality of their work. However, I can say that the owner, Tony, is an honest, knowledgable, straightforward, kind and caring person. I often travel to Vermont and I am seriously considering moving there from New Jersey because of the kindness of the locals.
