"My son took his truck to this clown fest 1 month ago for an oil change . Today my son's motor started knocking checked the oil it was EMPTY. Took it to a mechanic ASAP. The genius who did the oil change never put the washer back on when putting the bolt back on the oil pan !!!!! I call and the SCUMBAG MANAGER ACCUSES US OF REMOVING IT FOR A FREE OIL CHANGE. Who TF deliberately tries to damage there engine for a damn oil change !?!?!???? Easy unprofessional way is to blame the customer !!!!
