"After AAA took off flat and put on emergency tire they advised to immediately repair flat and replace as a AWD vehicle must have matching tires. I took it here immediately and they had me on my way after 15min! They repaired and replaced the good tire on my Subaru with great efficiency. Very positive experience."
"I have just returned to Vt and brought my truck here for an inspection. It failed due to a crack in the fog light. That happened 15 years ago and it has always passed inspection. The owners explained how tough inspection laws have become and we had a long conversation on trust. They called and got a price of $65 for the light and said to install it would be $35 - they asked me if they should order it - I said affirmatively "YES." They said the part would be in on Monday and gave me an appointment for 11, today, Tuesday, Jan. 9. I was right on time (probably early), same guy (owner) tells me I never gave them the OK to order the part. I showed him the card with my appointment on it, repeated everything here and spoke to his wife who was there during all of this last Friday. No apology, no explanation, said he could do it Thursday. Really!? Then I reminded him my 15 day period to get it inspected after registration was coming up (something we also discussed) and he insisted there is no such thing - NOTE: If you recently completed a first-time vehicle registration with the VT DMV, you have 15 days from the registration date to have your vehicle inspected. I copied this from the DMV website. He started telling me that he lived in VT for 15 years and knows the laws. We actually counted the days I had when I was first there last Friday and now he says I am wrong. DO NOT GO TO BERRY TIRE FOR ANYTHING AND DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE! So unprofessional, so rude."
"I love these guys! They take care of many of the cars in our family and keep them safe, in good repair, and do it for a fair price. Keep up the good work!"
