"I do not judge a person or business for making a mistake, necessarily - I DO judge based on how that mistake is handled. I took my truck here for a replacement windshield and the work was done quickly and professionally. Ray noticed some of the custom wiring in the dash/A-pillar and rather than wash his hands of it and either demand it be removed before working on it, or disclaiming any responsibility, he asked if I would like him to tuck it up a little cleaner since the glass was off and it was much easier to get at, as opposed to doing it from inside the cab. Above and beyond! The next morning, I noticed a small leak - an extremely common occurrence with this particular vehicle after windshield glass replacement. I called the shop to let them know and they literally dropped everything immediately to get my truck back in that day to fix it. Ray recognized the issue immediately, and rather than doing what I was afraid of (try to patch the leak), he popped the windshield out and re-did it from scratch, fixing the factory flaw in the process. A few weeks later, my girlfriend picked up a big chip in her windshield on the highway, down near a bottom corner. I've done some resin repairs on windshield chips myself and it looked to me like it was too big to patch, but Ray got it done in just a couple of minutes. You can still see the damage if you know where to look for it, but the job was definitely good enough to save the windshield."
