"Not a difficult trail. Trails are very well marked and pup friendly. There is a marker post with a dog bone container. Longest trail is a bit over 1 mile. They have shorter options. Our pup loved it. She loves mucking around. Bring your waterproof hiking shoes. Trails were muddy when we visited. All in all, it's a great find."
"Do not try to park on US 202. There is no parking unless you want to be in a private yard. The trail parking lot is off Windham Center Road. Look for the hiker sign on the road and pull in. We did the "family friendly" loop counter clockwise. Despite the name "family friendly" the tail is not stroller friendly. It also gets a bit confusing due to color fading on the signs. Blazes would improve directions."
"Ok so this was a great experience UNTIL we got lost because the trail signs were wrong!! We wound up walking out onto a busy road which was not awesome with a 4 and 5 year old. There were signs that said that a portion of a trail was closed but the reroute was incorrect. If they get that fixed we will definitely return."
"This is a easy walk/hike. We particularly like the plant markers on the trails, nice added touch to preserve. There's plenty of little foot bridges and early April snow melt meant plenty of running water. Very peaceful and quiet place"
