Reviews
"Bought my house through them. 100% professional. Some minor hiccups they handled for me. Pleasure."
"Good service"
"The house we rented had some serious problems that revealed themselves throughout the week. Firstly, it was dirty, but the Port Island Realty did send someone to clean. Unfortunately, it was a very long term amount of neglect, so it was only barely serviceable. We Couldn't exchange homes because of the amount of people we had. We then discovered that the upper balcony had loose boards and a loose railing, so we decided to keep everyone off of it. Some of the chairs were broken and cushions were placed on them to hide the issues. Floor boards were bowed throughout the house, doors either would not stay closed or would not open. On Friday of the week, the kitchen began to smell like sewage which began to creep up to the upstairs restroom. The view was awesome, though...just watch out for the massive amount of poison sumac."
