"Easily the best laundry for your dollar in the area."
"I used to like this place for it's location, easy to access and get out of traffic wise but I have to stop going there due to it's severe lack of cleanliness. It just gets dirtier and dirtier every time I go there and that includes the bathroom. And I've seen and talked to the owner there and he seems blind to how dirty the place is."
"New to the area got in late Saturday and needed to wash clothes and found this place loved the fact they took cards on the washer at least, but was screwed when it came time to dry my clothes the coin machine was broken had to find a place to get quarters. FYI there is a sign that is pending $10 hold each time use but today it processed and we used two of the $7.50 washers and was charged $6 for them both where as my 3rd load I put in the $5 washer it still is pending $10, they need to fix that but overall was a good place to go In the middle of the night wish there was more places like this! Nice lil vending machine too! Some snacks was expired though"
"Just went for the first time. Very clean. Easy to use. Going to the laundromat always sucks but this one was good. Attendant was friendly and super nice."
"Tri-Bay met my needs by being a coin-op laundromat open 24hrs and I was grateful for that. I found it odd that washers could be operated using a credit/debit card but dryers could not so coins/cash were still necessary. I expected a little mess during the unstaffed hours of a coin-op but the trash everywhere left me grossed out and wanted to Lysol and stray clothing items that fell on the floor. The bathroom was relatively clean but missing paper towels. Bonus points for a vending machine, availability of multiple sizes of washers/dryers but the pros did not outweigh the cons for me and I will stick with my local (Union) laundromat instead."
