"The washer at our Airbnb was down so my boyfriend and I dropped off our laundry for a wash & fold. We dropped it off at 10:30 and picked it back up around 12:30 (as of now, they offer this service M-F, 9a-1p). We were so grateful the ladies were able to squeeze us in so quickly. "We just came from doing our laundry at the Colby and Gale Laundry. There was a very elderly gentleman there who attempting to do his laundry but clearly confused. I realized that he not only put his dirty laundry in the dryer but was putting coins in the slot for the wrong dryer. I went to get the attendant, just hoping to help him get his money back. She completely took over and helped him get his laundry heading in the right direction, and walked him through the process. I actually had tears in my eyes! She was helpful, cheerful and made him feel comfortable!!! By the way, her name is Carrie! She deserves a raise and a medal! You are very lucky guys to have such a great employee. And we are lucky to have her in our neighborhood."

"The place is spotless, very clean. I feel comfortable doing my laundry there. The hours are pretty good too. I also had a great experience where I forgot to start my load, and I wouldn't have been able to do my laundry as I went grocery shopping, the lady in charge kept it open past 9:30pm so I could finish my load.
