"I had heard good things about Servpro but I was not impressed. They showed up to do the work 4 days after I called. They said that they would deal directly with the insurance company, but sent me a bill. They didn’t pull out all the insulation on the first day. I had to point out the spots that they missed. It was clear that they didn’t want to move our things out of way so they talked me out of doing any work in the garage. I asked if the floor would need to be replaced and their evaluator told me that he’d test it and let me know. He never told me one way or the other, but they didn’t tear up the floor, so I hope it didn’t need it. Of course, it doesn’t really matter because I don’t know that any one else does this kind of work around here, so it’s pretty much who you have to go with."
