"Spent 30k on a trailer trailer, sales person seemed knowledgeable and answered all our questions with confidence. So when he told us, everything worked, that spot on the skylight is just a drip of sealant “it’s not a crack”, “yes the speakers work, everything works” “that doors only bowed out because of the cold, it’s not swelling with water and rotting”, we decided to go on with the deal and his word. Since it was 15 below in February and they had other buys coming in 30mins…. Well as it turned out, not everything work! That was a crack in the skylight, no 3 out of 4 speakers do not work, the thermostat doesn’t work and the ac unit didn’t work at all, mouse chewed wires, water leaks, the “new” mini fridge in the outside kitchen, didn’t work. We spent thousands on repairs after our first camping trip turned into a nightmare. We’ve called and sent emails containing repairs bills and asking for compensation for the items they lied about, they even put air fresheners in the ac unit to mask the smells of it failing, and the countless mouse nests. They have decided not to respond and make any attempts to stand behind their words “everything works” so we will see them in small claims court. Save yourself the trouble and stay away from this place!"

"We were driving our motor coach on our vacation and our electric step went out in Massachusetts and we're on the way to Maine. We called all the local mobile/onsite RV repair folks and a couple of shops and were told either "no" or 2-3 weeks out. We then called Coastal RV in Topsham, ME and Kim said, "Yes!" Sharra at Tiffin Motorhomes in Red Bay, AL had said that if we found an RV shop, she'd have the part there. We ordered the part Thursday at 2:45 PM. On Friday, the part arrived at Coastal RV, from Alabama to Maine, at 10:12 AM. We arrived at 10:24 AM and in three minutes our coach was in the bay. Kim's dad, John McLean was so very impressive, in his work and in his manner, as was his assistant Scott. I have never seen a cleaner and more organized shop. Our bill was very reasonable, and we were treated more like neighbors than out-of-state customers. Shortly after noon, our step motor, controller and gear box installed and properly working, we left to head farther north into Maine. I wish we could move these guys back to North Carolina to look after our RV all the time. Five stars is not enough. John, Kim and Scott get TEN STARS!"
