"My 13 yr old cat Rhino was a patient at Jordan Bay Animal Hospital. At 4:18 pm on Oct 30, I called to see if I could bring Rhino in for an emergency. The office closes at 5:30. I was told that the doctor could not see him. They said take him to either Portland or Lewiston emergency pet care. I could see Rhino was dying and needed his suffering to end. My wife and I headed to Lewiston Emergency Pet Care. I held Rhino in my lap while he died a agonizing death just minutes before arriving at Lewiston Emergency Pet Care. If I decide to have another pet, I will not go to Jordan Bay Animal Hospital again. No compassion there."
