"After a traumatic experience in a NH Pediatric ER we was sent to Boston Children's hospital from our primary to rule out a possible very serious health problem. Everyone was patient and kind. They listened. They heard my concerns. They treated both me and my daughter with the utmost respect. They didn't judge me the parent based on my disability and needed adaptions of writing everything down. They did all the appropriate tests, if they decided clinically not to do a test they explained and made sure I understood why. I will for now on be bringing my daughter to BCH for anything remotely serious. Well hopefully not because we don't have anything remotely serious lol. Honestly the care received in Boston is top notch. Oh and 15-30min waiting is nothing. In NH we wait anywhere from 3-22hrs in waiting room. BCH shows you can be efficient and effective and still care. I have terrible medical ptsd from what I have dealt with up in NH with long covid and bch shows me there is hope for healthcare. As a newly disabled nurse I was losing hope. Thank you for taking amazing care of my daughter and showing me that hope for healthcare exists."

"One the best hospital in my opinion. I had to visit many other children’s hospital for my kids and I travel a lot. By far this has been the best till now. No show off…no curtsy…no sweet words. Just the best treatment that will make the kids get better soon and one of the best children’s hospital in the usa."

"Somehow they had my review taken down, which is extra sketchy. Reposting so everyone knows- they refused medication and testing for my child when she had a potentially life threatening dental infection. They didn’t give her any tests the pediatrician asked for. They didn’t even let her see the dentist. They just sent us home. I was able to get medication for her from someone else. But don’t waste your time. This place deserves the low reviews. Thanks though to the nice nurses."

"My experience at Boston Children's Hospital was a pleasant one. Absolute best care here for my daughter. I had the nicest emergency room attendant named Antoinette Lasseur taking care of me. She was so friendly and responsive to all my needs. I've never had such great care anywhere else. She deserves a medal with all she deals with everyday and still reacts with a smile and kindness!!"
