"Been going here for years, but may reconsider a new practice as this time it was with a new doctor who didn’t introduce herself and was not really friendly. I booked my appt specifically with Dr. Gaan (who is wonderful) but this was changed without notice. The reception area was not as welcoming as previous visits, it felt like it was an inconvenience for me to be there so overall not the best experience"
