"We love Dr. Hyde! She is very knowledgeable, patient, and understanding. She puts the kids at ease and really considers their individual needs rather than a one size fits all approach. We’re lucky to have her! The office staff is very patient and kind as well. I’ve never met a single unfriendly person there. Everyone seems happy to be there and really care about the kids."

"I recently visited the Westwood clinic for my child, who was suffering from an ear infection and coughing. I was prescribed a pick up medication for my child unfortunately, when I went to pick up the medication, it was not ready, even though the clinic had told us it would be. After three attempts, we were told to go to Mansfield pediatric office because the Westwood clinic closes at 6:00pm and we wouldn’t be able to get a paper prescription. However, when we arrived at the Mainafield clinic at 6:30pm, it was closed, even though Google said it was open until 8:00pm. The whole experience was frustrating, and I felt that the clinic was not as professional as it used to be. I expect better service from a medical facility, and I hope that the clinic takes steps to improve its operations."

"From day one every single staff member from the front desk to the nurses to the doctors have handled all matters promptly and with a smile . They really care about their patients and families of the patients. The staff members are extremely kind and supportive and this practice really goes above and beyond to take care of their patients and families. They always follow up with phone calls to see how your child is doing. That’s how you know you’re part of the absolute best practice , when they go above and beyond to ensure your kiddo or kiddos are ok. Dr Hyde is the absolute best, the other doctors are great as well. But we can’t say enough , about how awesome Dr Hyde is ."

"We’ve only been coming here for 6 months for our infant twins, but our experience has been stellar so far. Dr. Cannon and Dr. Cross are superb. They take the time to answer my hundreds of questions, spend time interacting with our babies, joyously celebrate milestone with us, and have helped us navigate a tricky slow to gain issue with our daughter. Dr. Cannon called me after office hours one night because my daughter’s weight gain issues were keeping her up and she wanted to do some further testing. That’s the kind of ped you want for your kid… the one who is up at night thinking about them!"

"Front desks got worse, it is hard to schedule an appointment with real doctors. If you do not specify which doctor you want to see, then you will see an NP. I got a really bad experience when my son was just born,we just got home from hospital, the NP insist that on the same day, my son might have jaundice and if we do not treat it, it might cause death. So we were mislead and so worried, we rushed to get his blood drawn, it is nothing . They do this a lot to newborns."
