"Customer service is a joke, every time we come here we get ignored and they are always forgetting to give us all of what we order, especially the kids happy meals, I’m not very impressed with how we get treated. Not to mention apparently everyone knows how to use a phone considering you can see them using their own but when it comes to the store phone to get ahold of them no one seems to know how to pick it up and answer . Not to mention my husband just got back with the food and in both of the happy meals the fries are super cold and hard/ burnt , way too hard for my baby to eat. And our fries for our meals were soggy and cold."
"Always takes 15+ mins to get food, fries have been cold last 3 trips, even the simplest sandwich is assembled poorly. McFlurry machine has been "down" for a month."
"This seems to be one of the few McDonald's in the area that actually has an open play place for the kids. The only caveat is that the structure is smaller than other play places, but it's still good enough to even 30 minutes on a day where you just need to get the kids out on a bad weather day. We stopped here on our way home from a trip to the area. The kids were able to burn some energy, and I got myself a coffee."
"It's McDonald's drive through. Always consistent. Best dill pickles anywhere. Comfort food. Best part is getting home and tossing the bag that now only holds bad decisions and regret."
"This location has a double lane drive through. The play place is open and easy to monitor your kids. The food is standard McDonald’s food, but don’t bother asking for extra pickles on your burgers, odds are you won’t get them. I did have 100% order accuracy other than that. The atmosphere was nice, place is generally clean. Some of the tables have a wireless charger and they seem to function. This location seems to be plagued by low staffing(as of the time of this review)however even with few staff, they were pushing out orders at a fair pace I’d say when compared to other locations."
