"People rating this place 2 stars?? Idk, maybe its difficult initially for that first appt to get in, but I've been here 2-3 years seeing Daniel and Dr. Waznak. Both great, reasonable and humane. Plus the ladies at front desk ALWAYS answer phone in the morning, ALWAYS get the message to doctors, and my situation is resolved rather quickly. They are humans, not robots...and its 100% better that way. Usually I can even speak to a doctor if i need to, on the phone, same day... Where else do you get that personable service from a doctor??? No where lol They do kinda run on a morning schedule, 8-1pm and anything afternoon you wont get much response. but anything in morning, they are right there on top of everything. So idk what you peoples problems are; rating this place low, maybe you're the jerks lol. -Tyler Curtis"

"If you like waiting and no one caring, this is your place. Any time you try to call no one answers, even though you call during business hours. If you do get someone you mine as well not waste your breathe because they will never call you back. Waited 5 months to get an appointment, was first told they had my MRI and to call back in 3 weeks, I call back and turns out they didn't have it. I had my appointment a few weeks ago, they keep sending scripts that the insurance company won't approve, I and the insurance are advising what will be approved and can't get that either. If you are looking to waste time and money and never feel better, here is your place."

"They say they open at 8 AM, but it's 8:30 and the staff is just rolling in, and didn't even acknowledge the long que of people."

"I called this practice to schedule a new patient appointment. I called 5 times between the hours of 12 to 1:20pm on a Tuesday and got an auto message saying their regular office hours are Monday- Friday 8am- 4:30pm (nothing about closing for lunch) and there is nobody in the office if I'm hearing this message. Then it directed to call Albany Med's main number. I called the main number and they tried to connect me with the Latham office, but it got disconnected. I can't imagine being in a practice where you can't actually get in contact with anyone, especially Obstetrics."

"My kids and I went there for our first visit last week and everyone was very nice. The wait to see our doctors was kind of long (about 45 mins) but when they do get to you, they take their time and go through everything."
