"Absolutely love this place! Unlike the sterile post office and its crabby employees, this place offers a welcoming environment. The staff there is always so friendly and accommodating. And they are efficient! I've never heard them say they're unable to do something. If you have to wait in line, there are all kinds of interesting items for sale to look at. I always look forward to coming to this Auburn location!"

"My camp is nearby and I had an Amazon package that needed to be boxed and sent back. They sold my the packaging, printed the label, I asked for a scan slip and told they could not cause UPS already came but it would be scanned in the next day. That never happened and they basically have no care in the world, called twice and just told “It definitely went out” and ups won’t allow a claim on a package never scanned in. It was a 100.00 dollar item. Do NOT ship your items from here!"
