"Clerk was rude. Website says you can get a box at the Fed Ex location to send your item. They had nothing to use and the clerk responded you could have packaged this yourself and continued to label the box the snowboarding boots came in. I ended up taking my package and left. I did not feel using that box would have made it back to it's destination undamaged."
