"Wish they had the machine in the lobby that let's you weigh and pay for postage after hours. That was very convenient in other places I've lived."
"Affable staff happy to assist, very quick and easy trip, by far the most friendly post office I've ever been to."
"They fail to deliver packages properly as far as delivery goes. As far as the office goes, extremely rude and poor customer service. They clearly don't want to work. They will take any excuse to leave the counter unattended. Attendants don't seem to know how to do their job. Poor/lack of training. Chandra/Channa(?) is the only nice and competent person who works there."
"Extremely rude customer service. Their delivery driver scanned my packages as "delivered", BEFORE actually trying to deliver them! My packages were lost because of an incompetent delivery driver. Customerr service at the Presque Isle USPS, gives me and my family a nasty attitude, and they roll their eyes, anytime we go to the Post Office to check on the status of my lost packages. They keep saying my packages were stolen. Pretty sure that's NOT the case!! Beware of sticky fingers , and liars, within the United States Postal Service. The elderly population is right,USPS should be shut down. UPS and DHL are much more reliable."
