The cashier will literally have gloves on while receiving cash and then go use those same gloves to touch your food touching the bread digging in the pickle container etc. not a single employee should be handling money with gloves. Use your bare hands.And especially using the same gloves to go touch food. Money is far from clean."

"We decided on KFC for dinner. The potatoes & gravy had a very odd taste, the biscuits were beyond dry, the chicken was down right gross! Needless to say 8pc meal went directly into the trash!. MY FAMILY REFUSED TO EAT ANY OF IT..I know we will not go back there again,,I'd starve first..very disappointed to say the least. I did enjoy the soda..."

"What a disgusting service! I waited 1 hour in thru so that in the end they didn't have chicken, really KFC? You don't have chicken!!! In addition, when I ask the worker why not take into consideration those of us who are in line. That way we could just leave without having to wait. The employee comes out with an attitude. I called the store and ask for the supervisor and a certain Charlie answers and I explain to him what happened and I suggest that when that happens he sends a worker to notify the line so people can leave without wasting time. He also comes out with an attitude. What bad service and what little work efficiency. I don't know why they put people with these attitudes and such a lack of experience to work with the public. Because to leave a place whose main product is chicken without chicken, that makes me understand that the logistics of the employees is completely null. I wish I could leave them without stars but since I can't at least I publish my experience. I don't want them to be fired from work but they definitely need better training and above all better CUSTOMER SERVICE. Today you were a total FAILURE."

"When I showed up I was hoping to go in and look at a menu and the door was locked even though it was meant to be open and another person showed up to go in and couldn't either. So I then place my order and we are told they don't have chicken but we can get chicken nuggets so ok I get 2 5 piece nuggets and a 12 piece and they are so hard and dried up from sitting in a warmer and not cooking fresh that now i can't eat it . This place is killing me cause I don't want to make a bad review, but this has now happened to me more than a couple of time's at the same place with no resolve."

"We had to ask for napkins. Then she only gave us 1. Had to explain we were 2 people. She said she will get yelled at if she gives too many out. Tacos were ICE COLD. Then the lady at the window was complaining about customers right in front of us...wow. container of Mac side was extra tiny and not even 3 TBS. Worst lunch ever :( 1st time I was here in 15 years since I found a condom wrapped on the chicken strips in our orders. #DONE #kfc"
