"My husband ran out of a prescription this week and called the office all week about getting refilled. They never answer their phone and didn’t respond to increasingly urgent messages. They’d just call back and leave a message to have him call them back. Now, it’s Saturday and they’re closed. I urged him to call the answering service. When the dr called back, my husband explained the situation and his increasing discomfort. They’re going to refill, but the dr was curt and told my husband that the answering service was just for emergency. So I guess difficulty urinating is not an emergency when it’s not happening to you!"

"The costumer service in the office is the worst they need to change the stuff Asap! the secretary that always answers the calls she might give you a hard time while you make a question or even as simple as an appointment! Be aware of this never coming back to this place the worst! If I could give a 0 I would!"

"The secretary, Kathleen in Dr Avellino’s office should be fired immediately. There is a complete breakdown of communication in her office so beware of this before you become a patient there. If you decide to do that be prepared for an unhealthy amount of stress."

"Dr Cancian has amazing bedside manner and is an excellent surgeon. She was able to perform a surgery that saved my healthy kidney whereas other urologist without that surgery skill would have recommend removal of my kidney. I am forever grateful for the care I received."

"I would also give 0 stars! I have been dealing with the West Warwick office since last year... It started with receiving a letter saying that they had been trying to contact us to book a procedure... Almost not true. We had been calling over and over to schedule and were never called back. My husband finally stop trying, that's when I took over! When I called, the receptionist asked where have we been rudely?! Excuse me, where have you been. I had to stop her from continuing and focus on just booking an appt. The week of the procedure, I called to ask about how the procedure will happen via needle or gas, no response.. I called day of the procedure to get an answer, the reception barks at me asking me if I'm going to cancel if I don't hear from the nurse. I quickly respond to her saying that is not what I asked you and I'm sick of your attitude. She sends me straight to voicemail. A nurse finally calls us back an hour before the procedure to let us know our options. When we finally arrive to the office, they let us know that they're an hour and a half delayed. Why wouldn't they call and let us know that? The service in this place is absolutely atrocious! Go somewhere else!"
