"Dr Aganova is the best she listens and make sure all issues are addressed. All the staff is attentive and caring and will help you in anyway possible. Definitely recommend coming!"
"This place is garbage. I had to walk around people waiting in the halls and sitting on the steps. It looked like a welfare center. The two women at the front desk were so rude and unprofessional. After a half hour of waiting, I went to the desk to see when they will call me or ask for my ID/insurance. The first ignorant one ignored me and the second one snapped at me with a nasty tone "what is your name" I told her my name. I said forget it. I walked out. This place is disgusting. Dirty, over crowded, kids screaming and running and unprofessional staff."
"If I could only give 0 stars i would! I had a appointment for 10am, I showed up at 9:30 since I was a new patient I had to fill out paperwork. The doctor only seen me at 12:30 which I was late to work for a hour and half, okay fine. When I seen the doctor I was shocked his lab coat was filthy looked like he just rolled out of bed hung over. I handed him the previous doctors notes and lab works he didn’t even bother looking at them. All I needed was a refill for my medication, he supposed gave me a prescription for it via electronically since it’s a controlled substance. A few days go by and I contact my pharmacy to see when it will be ready and they tell me that the doctor never sent it in. I call back All health and they say we don’t have any medication on file that I’ll have to come back and see the doctor again. Definitely not coming back to this facility again"
"This place is awesome. Dr Berkowitz is great. He really cares for his patients. Marianna is awesome. Great help, very sweet, and will go out of the way for you. Awesome staff member! 5 stars for Marianna."
"Not sure how this place has gotten good reviews. With incredibly rude reception, and hours, seriously HOURS of wait time, it is neither professional nor medically ethical the way this office is run. There is haphazard clutter in most of the rooms and unsanitary practices. I had my blood drawn by a tech without gloves on and extremely long tips. There were personal drinks and belongings next to patient samples when they should not be anywhere near them. (Photo attached for reference) The psych department is equally as incompetent and will dismiss your concerns and push onto you whatever medication they want, without thoroughly actively listening to you, the patient. The doctor in that department is only in once a week, so if you need a refill, good luck! Even if you call when they are in the office you still might be left without medication for days. I have been hung up on, spoken to exasperatedly, sighed at, and have not had access to my medication for days. I’ve been asked to come back into the office multiple times due to THEIR own incompetency. If you question why it is necessary to come back in, you are met with a rude attitude and snappiness. I have had to commute back and forth at least 5 times on separate occasions when the original issue was a simple blood sample. The doctor will not even remember who you are or why you are there when he had just seen you a few days prior. The reception actively gossip about the patients in front of everyone and look like they do not even want to be there. It really is a shame to the medical profession to see offices run this way. They truly do not care for their patients or upholding any semblance of professionalism. Please do not listen to the positive reviews and take heed to the negative ones because they are honest. I would not recommend this location to my worst enemy. Take your business elsewhere if you want to retain your sanity."
