I’m thrilled to have found someone who can help me, and is compassionate and determined to find answers. The reception staff is also very friendly."

"If I could mark them a negative I would have. I live an hour away. I waited 6 months to get this appointment at 830am. Frist thing in the morning. I have 2 small children. I was 5 minutes late and they canceled me without any notice. The office was rude about it. I explained an they didn't care. Will be finding a new doctors office."

"I went there since I was a little kid but moved away for 2 years and when I came back they would not take me on as a patient. I am extremely disappointed in the new management and would not recommend them to anyone. If you have a history of addiction you are not welcome there even if you are in recovery. Some of the staff are wonderful but unfortunately not everyone has a heart to help those in need."

"Went to this office in 2014 told a p.a I didn’t feel well he ran blood tests on me said nothing stood out and told me I was a healthy mid twenties male. Went to another doctor and was diagnosed with hemochromatosis and secondary hypogonadism. I was in such bad shape an endocrinologist and a hemotologist were amazed I was able to work 60+ hours a week when the average person would have a hard time working at all. 4 years later that doctor retired and I was forced to find a new primary doctor. I decided to give capital care another shot. My first sit down with dr. Goddard he told me I needed a better doctor than him because of my blood disorder but he never gave me any suggestions so I kept him as my primary. 3 months later I was having a hard time going to work after not taking a day off in over six months and am unable to work at this time and he refuses to take me out of work because he says there is a lack of a reason to. I told him my symptoms and he did not have a plan of action on how to identify and diagnose what was wrong with me and told me to have one of my specialists take me out of work. I asked my hemotologist and he says that’s my primary’s job not his. So I called capital cares help hotline the woman was very polite and contacted the manager to try and straighten this all out the manager sided with her doctor citing lack of a reason to take me out of work. In my opinion this comes down to shear laziness on the offices part because it would take more than 15 minutes of work and they would rather treat me like a hypochondriac and move along. I am retaining a new primary doctor and moving on I don’t recommend this office to anyone that is predisposed to any sickness worse than the common cold. I await capital cares reply and if diagnosed with another serious health problem will gladly let capital care know what it is and how they have failed me again."

The doctor I saw was friendly and personable. Debra Hildreth made me feel right at home as well as the ladies at the desk.
