I've been going there for 11 years now, and I have had seven primary care physicians, a few very good, a few ok and one that was awful. Luckily my current PCP seems very good. My success rate in talking to any on the phone when I call is less than 5%."

"Very surprised by the lower reviews. I’ve been having an awful time with my old doctors office (they wrongfully released me due to a less than desirable review I left and made up false accusations about my behavior- I’m genuinely starting to think they notated the wrong account because none of the things they’re saying are correct). Anyway, this office was compassionate and kind. Wonderful to speak with and very efficient. Nadine was beyond helpful and made me feel much more reassured about this transition between doctors offices. Highly recommend!"

"I understand things may have changed over the years. I have been a patient of this practice since around 5 yrs old. Yes, Dr.'s change...my original one retired. Dr. Bagley. Over the past 20 yrs I have had several Dr.'s who have left the practice, yet it seems as if the practice is also a stepping stone for Dr.'s as well. Some work with the practice and then find a position in a field they truly want to be in and move to that. I have only had one Dr. I did not care for out of all these years. (almost 50 yrs) They have a caring and friendly staff but remember everyone has bad days and life happens even for them. I am on tons of meds and they always do their utmost best to assure I get my medications when I need them. Don't only listen to the negative reviews, everyone is different and expect different things so your best bet is to try them for yourself."

"I was a patient of Br Brown’s for roughly 10 years and loved the office until recently. The front desk staff are unprofessional and straight up rude. Linda at the front desk is especially rude, on the past 2 occasions that I called she has made it seem like me calling is an inconvenience and puts snarky comments in the messages to the nursing staff and doctors. Don’t clear your throat over the phone, she’ll say you have COVID symptoms!!! Safe yourself the headache of dealing with the unprofessional front end staff and find another practice."

"I reluctantly give this group 1 star because they do not have the option of zero stars. Yesterday, i drove 50 minutes to discover a huge building, where despite receiving several texts and emails, no one included a room number or building section. I literally searched for 15 minutes before finding a delivery person who directed me to the room , only to be told that since i was late, I would need to reschedule. When I explained that I was in a great deal of pain in my right arm and hand, making it very difficult to drive, I was told that there was an urgent care on site. This group cares nothing about the well being of their patients. They conduct themselves as a poorly run business."
