Center Path Counseling

Center Path Counseling is a health institution located at 360 Woodland Street in Holliston, Massachusetts, United States. Our mission is to support youth, adolescents, young adults, and their families in discovering their center path and providing them with the tools needed to navigate each step with courage, confidence, and emotional well-being.

Our founder, Bretton Torkelson, Psy.D., is a licensed clinical psychologist with a passion for helping individuals and families thrive. With years of experience and a commitment to continuous learning, Dr. Torkelson is dedicated to being a guide on your journey towards creating a healthy and authentic path – your Center Path.

At Center Path Counseling, adolescents and young adults have the opportunity to work with a knowledgeable guide to find their courage, enthusiasm, and opportunities for healthy growth. Family members can benefit from an experienced and intuitive partner to help navigate common challenges and chart a sustained path towards thriving.

Parents will find support in discovering their authentic parenting style, learning communication strategies, and creating a physically and emotionally healthy home environment. Psychological assessments are also available to provide insight into how individual youth experience themselves and the world around them.
